Day 5: Bomb Ass Blueberry Oats

Day 1: Pumpkin

Day 2: Banana

Day 3: Strawberry

Day 4: Coconut 

Today: Blueberry! This one is pretty damn good. I’ll have to toot my own horn on this one. I didn’t want my jar to end!


1 heaping cup  cup rolled oats

1/2 heaping cup fresh blueberries (frozen would probably work too)

2 pinches salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon shredded coconut

2 Tablespoon maple syrup

1  cups mixture of coconut water and almond milk with slightly more coconut water than milk

1/2 cup fresh blueberries (ya another one)


Blend everything  together except the oats then mix in oats and second 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries and put in a jar in the fridge and  it will be ready in the morning (or 6ish hours later) I LOVE mine cold but you can heat it up if you like. You might need to add more liquid. Play around with proportion of liquid to suit your taste.
