Day 4 Overnight Oats- Coconut!

The Pumpkin Oats and this are my favorites so far. If you like coconut, you’ll LOVE THIS! It’s so desserty.

Day 1: Pumpkin

Day 2: Banana

Day 3: Strawberry

I made a really full jar of this so the recipe is a little different than the previous ones.


1 1/4 cups rolled oats

2 pinches salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 Tablespoons maple syrup

2 Tablespoons shredded coconut

2 Tablespoons coconut cream (see image below)

1 1/4 cups mixture of coconut water and almond milk with slightly more coconut water than milk


Mix everything  together, put in a jar in the fridge and  it will be ready in the morning (or 6ish hours later) I LOVE mine cold but you can heat it up if you like. You might need to add more liquid. Play around with proportion of liquid to suit your taste.
