Day 3, you still with me? Day 1 was Pumpkin and day 2 was Banana. I LOVE OATS! You may have noticed my now that by oats start off with the same basic base and I just add in flavor. Today is strawberry because everyone can use some pink oats in their life.
1 cup rolled oats
1 -2 pinches salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon agave
3/4 cup straberries
1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
1 cup mixture of coconut water and almond milk with slightly more coconut water than milk
* if you keep your dates in the fridge or if they are just not soft enough, you can pop them into some hot water for a few minutes to soften up or add them a cup of water and microwave them a few seconds.
Blend everything but the oats until smooth then mix in oats, put in a jar in the fridge and it will be ready in the morning (or 6ish hours later) I LOVE mine cold but you can heat it up if you like. You might need to add more liquid. Play around with proportion of liquid to suit your taste.
Top with some jam and fresh berries if you like to party hard
