Oats for Days!

Yesterday I did this:

Today it’s this:

Oats1

Apple Overnight Oats:

Blend together the following:

A chopped apple

some coconut milk

coconut water

non dairy milk

pinch of salt

pumpkin pie spice

agave or any natural liquid sweetener

Add blended contents to an equal amount of rolled oats. Add Raisins or dried cranberries and pop in the fridge!

Blueberry Overnight Oats:

Blend together the following:

Blueberries

some coconut milk

coconut water

non dairy milk

pinch of salt

 agave or any natural liquid sweetener

Add blended contents to an equal amount of rolled oats. Add Raisins or shredded coconut and pop in the fridge!

I don’t measure much when making oats anymore. Just stick in your finger and see if it needs more whatever before you add it to the oats.
