Once I started eating this I ate it at least once a day for the next week and a half. If you can get your hands on some Trader Joe’s artichoke anitpasto then you’ll be set.
Here’s what I put inside:
Halved cherry tomatoes
1 “sheet” of lavish bread OR pita pocket
I used Trader Joe’s Artichoke Antipasto but you can use hummus or this awesome bean dip
Other options (halved grapes, raisins, shredded carrots, mushrooms, nectarines, you know…salad stuff)
