Overnight Oats are my newest obsession. Did you see my pumpkin oats yesterday? Because you need to try that ASAP. Then try these banana oats live a happy oat filled life.
2 pinches salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon agave
3/4ths of a banana
1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
1 cup mixture of coconut water and almond milk with slightly more coconut water than milk
Mix everything but oats together until there are no lumps of banana left. Mix in oats, put in a jar in the fridge and it will be ready in the morning (or 6ish hours later) I LOVE mine cold but you can heat it up if you like. You might need to add more liquid. Play around with proportion of liquid to suit your taste.
